Job Submitted
A structured job specification reaches the Orchestrator, which validates the format, assigns the right chain of brains and queues the work. Jobs don't start until they're ready.
Brains Activate
The Researcher gathers live information and the right specialist brain processes the task. The Confidence Scorer is designed to evaluate each output and trigger a re-run if it falls below threshold.
Verified Output
Output is designed to be confidence-scored, logged and passed into the product pipeline for review, so results can be checked rather than taken on trust.

Six specialist brains fine-tuned from an open Mistral-7B base, with development supported by Cambridge's Dawn supercomputer. The orchestration layer that joins them is being rebuilt.
Researcher
Gathers and structures information from live web sources before a response is formed, so answers can be checked against where they came from.
Creative
LoRA-trained on 93 curated images across Neon, Cinematic and British Premium categories to generate brand-consistent visuals for AutoBrand.
Scheduler
Plans and sequences multi-step tasks and job queues so brains run in the right order, without collisions or duplication.
Strategist
Long-horizon planning engine. Takes business context and maps multi-step execution paths, feeding structured goals into the Orchestrator.
Closer
Trained on 820 UK sales conversations (final loss 0.2634, internal training run). Designed to power AutoCloser, handling WhatsApp enquiries in a natural, on-brand tone without rigid scripts.
Orchestrator
The conductor of the system. Designed to route every job to the right brain, manage fallbacks, track confidence scores and pass verified output to the product pipeline. Currently being rebuilt.
